
Clinical Team Manager
At PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development, we are looking for an experienced Clinical Team Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of clinical professionals, overseeing clinical program operations, and providing guidance and training to team members.We are looking for an individual with a strong clinical background, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience managing clinical teams or programs. The Clinical Team Manager should also have experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and should be knowledgeable about Good Clinical Practice (GCP).We are looking for someone who is a confident, motivated leader, with the ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively. The Clinical Team Manager should have a passion for developing talent and helping team members reach their highest potential. Responsibilities of a Clinical Team Manager:
- Manage a team of clinical professionals and oversee clinical program operations.
- Provide guidance and training to team members.

- Monitor team performance and take corrective action as needed.
- Identify training needs and provide appropriate support and development for team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and review processes.
