- Manage clinical supply requests from clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of trial materials according to project timelines and budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and supply chain, to forecast and plan for clinical supply needs.
- Monitor and track inventory levels and expiration dates, proactively identifying and addressing potential supply shortages or issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of clinical trial supplies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on supply status and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines for clinical supply management.
- Participate in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practices for clinical supply management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all clinical supply activities.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in clinical supply management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to clinical supply management and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacology.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Demand Planning Or Supply Chain Role.
Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Processes And Drug Development Life Cycle.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Forecast And Manage Demand.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
