We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Demand Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Demand Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of clinical trial supplies to our clients, contributing to the overall success of their drug development programs. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in clinical supply management and a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients.   1. Manage clinical supply requests from clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of trial materials according to project timelines and budget.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and supply chain, to forecast and plan for clinical supply needs.
  3. Monitor and track inventory levels and expiration dates, proactively identifying and addressing potential supply shortages or issues.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing of clinical trial supplies.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on supply status and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  6. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines for clinical supply management.
  7. Participate in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practices for clinical supply management.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all clinical supply activities.
  9. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in clinical supply management.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to clinical supply management and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacology.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Demand Planning Or Supply Chain Role.

  • Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Processes And Drug Development Life Cycle.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Forecast And Manage Demand.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
