  1. Support and maintain various business systems used by PPD, ensuring their smooth and efficient operation.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to business systems, working closely with IT teams and vendors as needed.
  3. Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  6. Train end-users on new or updated systems and processes to ensure adoption and proper use.
  7. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
  8. Recommend and implement system updates and upgrades as needed to align with business goals and industry best practices.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on system status and changes.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in business systems to continuously improve processes and technologies within the organization.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate and customize business systems to meet specific business needs.
  13. Participate in project teams and provide input on system requirements, design, and implementation.
  14. Assist with testing and validation of system changes and updates.
  15. Proactively identify and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and disruptions to business operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Business Systems Analysis Or Consulting Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Systems, With The Ability To Identify And Suggest Solutions For Process Improvement.

  • Experience Working With Enterprise Systems Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Salesforce.
