- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities with existing clients, working closely with the sales team to drive growth and revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes, and provide insights and recommendations to clients to help them stay competitive.
- Act as an ambassador for PPD, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Track and report on key metrics, such as client retention, revenue growth, and client feedback, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Clinical Research Industry
Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes And Regulations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Client Accounts And Achieving Sales Targets.
