We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Associate Project Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of clinical trials. As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall project management process and ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of clinical trials.
  2. Support the overall project management process.
  3. Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
  4. Coordinate and communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Proactively identify and address potential project risks and issues.
  6. Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
  7. Facilitate team meetings and ensure action items are followed up on and completed.
  8. Perform quality checks and review project deliverables to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  9. Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations.
  10. Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement project strategies and processes.
  11. Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner.
  15. Continuously develop knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and project management best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Project Management, Business Administration, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes And Regulations, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Meeting Timelines And Budgets, And Delivering Results Within A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
