
Associate Project & Budget Analyst

With an eye for detail and an aptitude for problem-solving, the Associate Project & Budget Analyst will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, accounting, or economics, as well as a strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting. They should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for projects and budgets.
- Analyze project performance and provide periodic financial updates to management.
- Manage budget allocations and track expenses against budget.
- Identify and investigate variances in project performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Perform financial and cost analysis to support decision-making.
- Create financial forecasting and reporting tools.
- Provide recommendations on cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in the development of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project budgeting process.
