Associate Director, Process & Systems Optimization

The PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate Director, Process & Systems Optimization to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the optimization of our existing processes and systems to ensure PPD’s success and growth. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong problem solving and organizational skills who is also able to work well in a team environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in process and systems optimization. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the optimization of existing processes and systems to ensure PPD’s success and growth.
2. Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and systems.
3. Identify areas of improvement in current processes and systems and suggest ways to make them more efficient.
4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation of process and system optimization initiatives.
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of processes and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
7. Provide guidance and training to team members on process and system optimization.
8. Evaluate processes and systems for potential cost savings and other efficiencies.
9. Utilize data analytics to identify trends and areas of potential improvement.
10. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the results of process and system optimization initiatives.
