  1. Provide technical support for various critical applications used by the company and its clients.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors with the applications in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather and analyze requirements for new application features or enhancements.
  4. Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and other documentation related to the applications.
  5. Monitor and maintain the performance and functionality of the applications.
  6. Conduct regular testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the applications.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the pharmaceutical industry to make informed recommendations for application improvements.
  8. Train and support end-users in the proper use and functionality of the applications.
  9. Work with vendors and IT teams to implement new applications and upgrades.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of applications with other systems.
  11. Maintain and enforce data security protocols and procedures for the applications.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve any network or infrastructure issues that may impact the functionality of the applications.
  13. Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans and procedures for the applications.
  14. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident management.
  15. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of application support.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Application Support Or A Similar Role.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Other Programming Languages.

  • Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry And Regulatory Requirements Is Preferred.
