- Provide technical support for various critical applications used by the company and its clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors with the applications in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather and analyze requirements for new application features or enhancements.
- Develop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and other documentation related to the applications.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and functionality of the applications.
- Conduct regular testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the pharmaceutical industry to make informed recommendations for application improvements.
- Train and support end-users in the proper use and functionality of the applications.
- Work with vendors and IT teams to implement new applications and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of applications with other systems.
- Maintain and enforce data security protocols and procedures for the applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any network or infrastructure issues that may impact the functionality of the applications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans and procedures for the applications.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident management.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of application support.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Application Support Or A Similar Role.
Proficiency In Sql And Other Programming Languages.
Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry And Regulatory Requirements Is Preferred.
