In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the field of chromatography and mass spectrometry. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the success of our clients.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the field of chromatography and mass spectrometry.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to clients.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in chromatography and mass spectrometry, and effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  7. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth.
  8. Monitor and analyze client performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
  9. Proactively identify potential issues or challenges and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
  11. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the company's services.
  12. Keep accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  13. Provide training and support to clients on the use of chromatography and mass spectrometry equipment and services.
  14. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Chromatography And Mass Spectrometry Techniques In A Laboratory Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Industry Standards For Pharmaceutical Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Client Relationships.

  • Previous Experience In A Sales Or Account Management Role, Preferably Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
