  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the biosciences industry.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through effective account management strategies.
  3. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and services to meet their specific requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  6. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns and providing timely and effective solutions.
  7. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activity.
  9. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
  10. Stay updated on advances and developments in the biosciences industry to effectively communicate and position the company's offerings to clients.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  12. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  13. Represent the company's brand and values in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
  15. Act as a resource and provide guidance and support to junior account management team members, when needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management Within The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Bioscience Products And Services, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts, With A Focus On Developing Long-Term Relationships With Clients.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team To Meet Sales Targets.
