Warehouse Coordinator

Pottery Barn is seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team and take responsibility for the efficient and effective coordination of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse.
2. Ensure that all warehouse activities are run in an efficient and effective manner.
3. Manage inventory and stock levels, and ensure that all items are properly stored.
4. Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, as well as the organization of goods within the warehouse.
5. Maintain accurate records of all warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, shipping, and storage.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any warehouse-related issues that may arise.
7. Ensure all safety regulations are met and followed.
8. Train and manage warehouse personnel, including delegating tasks and monitoring their performance.
9. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
10. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
