Your role will be crucial in driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of design principles, be able to think outside the box and have excellent organizational skills.   1. Create visually appealing and attractive displays in our stores to showcase our products and entice customers to make purchases.
  2. Utilize design principles and trends to create visually stunning displays that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
  3. Work closely with the store manager and team to ensure that the displays are in line with the overall brand image and store layout.
  4. Keep up to date with current and upcoming trends in interior design and home decor to incorporate them into displays.
  5. Use creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to come up with unique and eye-catching display ideas.
  6. Maintain the visual standards and guidelines set by the company to ensure consistency across all stores.
  7. Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to understand product features and key selling points to effectively showcase them in displays.
  8. Regularly review and refresh displays to keep them interesting and engaging for customers.
  9. Ensure that all products are properly displayed and organized, with accurate pricing and signage.
  10. Keep track of inventory and communicate any restocking needs to the appropriate teams.
  11. Ensure that the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing, including the backroom and storage areas.
  12. Train and mentor new visual merchandisers on company standards and processes.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of the target audience and their preferences to tailor displays accordingly.
  14. Be able to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  15. Be adaptable and able to quickly make changes to displays based on sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Eye For Design And Ability To Create Visually Appealing Displays.

  • Knowledge Of Current Fashion And Design Trends In The Home Decor Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Store Management And Team Members.
