Job Description

If so, Pottery Barn is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team! As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life through visual presentation and merchandising. We are seeking someone with a keen eye for design, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with a team.   1. Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies that align with Pottery Barn's brand image and aesthetic.
  2. Create visually appealing displays and vignettes that showcase our products and inspire customers.
  3. Collaborate with the buying team to ensure merchandise is displayed in an organized and visually appealing manner.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current design trends and techniques to continuously enhance our visual presentation.
  5. Utilize space planning and design principles to optimize store layout and traffic flow.
  6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all visual displays to ensure consistency and quality.
  7. Ensure all visual displays and signage are regularly updated and reflect current promotions and seasonal changes.
  8. Work closely with store management to ensure visual presentation meets company standards and drives sales.
  9. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
  10. Manage and maintain inventory of visual merchandising supplies and materials.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store events and promotions.
  12. Work with the store team to ensure merchandise is replenished and restocked in a timely manner.
  13. Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and initiatives.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to store safety policies and procedures.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by communicating effectively and working together to achieve common goals.
