Visual Merchandiser

Pottery Barn is looking for an experienced and innovative Visual Merchandiser to join our team! As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating stunning and inviting displays to showcase our products and brand in our stores. Responsibilities:

1. Design and create eye-catching and inviting visual displays in store to showcase products and brand.
2. Research current trends in retail design and apply them to create innovative displays.
3. Work collaboratively with store team and corporate partners to create displays that meet the company's standards.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of displays and make adjustments as needed.
5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for displays.
6. Ensure all display materials are in good condition and well-maintained.
7. Create and maintain set-up instructions for displays.
8. Train store staff on proper display set-up and maintenance.
9. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
10. Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
