Visual Merchandiser

Pottery Barn is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Visual Merchandiser to join our team! We are looking for someone with a creative eye who is passionate about home furnishings and design. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively to create displays that will draw customers in.The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating and maintaining attractive visual displays in our stores. This includes researching current trends, setting up creative displays, and ensuring displays are consistently refreshed and updated. The Visual Merchandiser will also be responsible for developing marketing materials to support in-store displays.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in visual merchandising or related field. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail. A degree in marketing, merchandising, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Research current trends in home furnishings and design to inform and create visual display concepts.
2. Set up creative displays in stores that draw customers in.
3. Maintain attractive visual displays in stores and ensure they are consistently refreshed and updated.
4. Develop marketing materials to support in-store displays.
5. Provide excellent customer service.
6. Ensure displays are up-to-date with current trends.
7. Monitor and evaluate customer reactions to displays.
8. Ensure displays are neat and organized.
9. Stay informed on current and upcoming product lines.
10. Collaborate with store managers and other staff members.
