Pottery Barn is searching for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a dependable, creative self-starter who is passionate about visual design and up for any challenge. Your primary responsibility will be to create an inviting and inspiring shopping experience for our customers.We are looking for somebody with a background in design, merchandising, and marketing. You must be organized and detail-oriented in order to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must. Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to create an inviting and inspiring shopping experience for customers -Manage multiple projects and deadlines in an organized and detail-oriented manner -Design, merchandise, and market products to promote sales -Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest level of customer service -Stay up to date on trends and new products to ensure the store's displays are up to date -Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure store is stocked with necessary supplies -Ensure store is kept neat and organized at all times -Assist customers with product selection and provide styling advice -Train and mentor new team members on visual merchandising principles
