As a Visual Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are always looking their best by creating inspiring and attractive displays. Responsibilities of a Visual Associate: • Create visually stimulating displays that adhere to company standards • Monitor and assess the appearance of store displays to ensure they are up to date and attractive • Assist in the rearrangement of displays as needed • Ensure merchandise is properly tagged and priced • Assist customers with locating desired merchandise • Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and displays • Work closely with store management to ensure visual displays are up to date and in line with current trends • Follow all health and safety protocols • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Assist in training new team members on proper visual merchandising practices
