Visual Associate

Pottery Barn is looking for an enthusiastic Visual Associate to join our team of dedicated professionals and help create and maintain a visually stimulating shopping experience. Our ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail, an innovative approach to visual merchandising, and an understanding of the design trends driving our customer’s needs. The successful candidate will have a passion for all things home décor, strong organizational skills, and an ability to bring to life the Pottery Barn brand.Required Qualifications:- Prior experience in visual merchandising, retail sales, and/or design- Working knowledge of retail standards and visual merchandising techniques- Creative and innovative approach to design and visual merchandising- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work nights and weekends as required- Ability to lift and move heavy items and fixtures up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain the Pottery Barn brand standards in all visual displays.
2. Create and maintain a visually stimulating shopping experience in accordance with customer needs and design trends.
3. Utilize knowledge of retail standards and visual merchandising techniques to organize store displays.
4. Ensure displays are attractive, organized, and accurately reflect current sales and promotions.
5. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and providing product knowledge and styling advice.
6. Stay informed of current design trends and new product offerings.
7. Develop and adjust merchandise displays based on customer feedback.
8. Move and lift heavy items and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
9. Work nights and weekends as required.
