Visual Associate

As a Visual Associate at Pottery Barn, you will be part of a passionate, creative team that is responsible for creating a visually stunning shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain the visual appearance of the store
• Create attractive displays to draw in customers
• Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Assist customers with product information and selection
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist in the organization and sorting of visual merchandising materials
• Restock merchandise as needed and ensure shelves are stocked
• Ensure all displays are maintained to company standards
• Utilize creative concepts to develop new visual displays
• Work collaboratively with the team in order to achieve visual goals
• Respond to any customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner
