Job Description

At Pottery Barn, we are looking for an energetic and creative Visual Associate who can bring our store to life. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about visual merchandising and can help create an inviting and inspiring shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record of success in visual merchandising. Responsibilities:

  • Develop unique and creative visual merchandising concepts to promote store products and brand
  • Execute visual merchandising strategies and initiatives to ensure a consistent look and feel across the store
  • Analyze store layout, product placement and display to maximize customer engagement
  • Collaborate with store leadership team to ensure all visual merchandising objectives are met
  • Monitor customer flow and adjust visual displays accordingly to optimize customer experience
  • Create and maintain store window displays in accordance with company standards
  • Keep up to date on latest trends in visual merchandising and adapt strategies to capitalize on those trends
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store’s visual displays
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met on a daily basis
