Visual Associate

This role requires not only a love of home decor, but also the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to help create beautiful displays and merchandise products that will make our customers excited to shop.The ideal candidate will have retail experience, strong visual merchandising skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You should be a team player who is comfortable with physical labor and able to lift and maneuver objects up to 50 lbs. You should also have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a variety of customer-facing roles. Responsibilities: -Create visually attractive and inviting displays to attract customers -Organize and merchandise products in a neat and orderly fashion -Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current trends -Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers -Lift and maneuver objects up to 50 lbs -Assist with store operations as needed -Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers -Collaborate with team members to ensure success of team goals -Conduct regular inventory checks and restock shelves as needed
