Visual Associate

Pottery Barn is looking for an enthusiastic Visual Associate to join our team! We’re looking for someone who is creative and passionate about decorating and design. Our Visual Associates are responsible for the overall aesthetic of our store, and ensuring that the shopping experience is enjoyable and inspiring for our customers. In this role, you’ll be in charge of merchandising and maintaining our store’s displays, as well as helping customers with their decorating needs.To be successful in this role, you should have an eye for design and a knack for merchandising. Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail is preferred, but not necessary. We’re looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, and who can think outside the box to create unique displays that capture the Pottery Barn brand. Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain visually appealing in-store displays that reflect the Pottery Barn brand
• Monitor store stock levels and restock shelves as necessary
• Create unique and memorable shopping experiences for customers
• Help customers select items and offer design advice
• Ensure the store is neat and orderly
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Assist with store promotions and events
• Assist with store setup and tear down
