1. Develop and implement comprehensive security and compliance strategies and protocols to protect Pottery Barn’s customer data.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR and PCI DSS.
3. Lead a team of security professionals to monitor and respond to potential security threats and breaches.
4. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential weaknesses in our systems and processes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into all aspects of the business, including product development, IT infrastructure, and customer service.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the company.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with external security partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
8. Develop and maintain security incident response plans and conduct regular training for all employees to ensure readiness in the event of a security breach.
9. Prepare and present regular reports on the state of security and compliance to senior management and stakeholders.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve Pottery Barn’s security and compliance programs to stay ahead of potential threats and maintain customer trust.
