  1. Develop and execute technology strategies to enhance the logistics operations of Pottery Barn.
  2. Lead a team of technology professionals to implement innovative solutions and drive efficiencies within the supply chain.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors to ensure the best solutions are implemented for Pottery Barn.
  6. Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of technology projects related to supply chain logistics.
  7. Monitor and analyze data and metrics related to technology usage and effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
  8. Ensure all technology solutions align with Pottery Barn's values of creativity, innovation, and exceptional design.
  9. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support technology initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain a long-term technology roadmap for the supply chain logistics department.
  11. Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  12. Identify and address potential risks and challenges in technology implementation, providing proactive solutions.
  13. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize technology systems and processes.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert in technology and supply chain logistics, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
