Supply Chain Coordinator

Pottery Barn is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in supporting the efficient running of our Supply Chain. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent problem solving skills, and an ability to work independently and collaboratively.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a Supply Chain-related role, a working knowledge of Supply Chain software, and strong organizational and communication skills. Additionally, this person needs to have the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. Above all, the Supply Chain Coordinator should possess a passion for driving customer satisfaction and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and optimize the Supply Chain, ensuring its efficient running.
2. Lead problem-solving efforts to identify and rectify any Supply Chain issues.
3. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by driving necessary changes to the Supply Chain.
5. Utilize Supply Chain software to streamline operations.
6. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate reporting of stock.
7. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure Supply Chain goals are met.
8. Provide support and advice to team members to ensure Supply Chain objectives are met.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
