- Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with products in an organized and visually appealing manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when stock is running low or high.
- Assist with inventory audits and maintain accurate records of merchandise.
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Keep the stock room clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Label and price merchandise as needed.
- Conduct regular spot checks to ensure merchandise is correctly labeled and priced.
- Help set up displays and assist with visual merchandising.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow company policies and procedures for safety, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Communicate any issues or concerns with management in a timely manner.
- Assist with online order fulfillment and shipping as needed.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
