  1. Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Stock shelves, racks, and displays with products in an organized and visually appealing manner.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when stock is running low or high.
  4. Assist with inventory audits and maintain accurate records of merchandise.
  5. Collaborate with sales associates to ensure products are readily available for customers.
  6. Keep the stock room clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  7. Label and price merchandise as needed.
  8. Conduct regular spot checks to ensure merchandise is correctly labeled and priced.
  9. Help set up displays and assist with visual merchandising.
  10. Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures for safety, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  12. Communicate any issues or concerns with management in a timely manner.
  13. Assist with online order fulfillment and shipping as needed.
  14. Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

  • Retail Experience: A Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management And Visual Merchandising, Is Essential For A Stock Associate At Pottery Barn.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Stock Associate, You Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That Merchandise Is Accurately Received, Labeled, And Stocked On The Sales Floor. Strong Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure Accuracy And Efficiency.
