1. Maintain inventory levels by receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise in a timely manner.
2. Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
3. Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
5. Assist customers with locating and retrieving merchandise.
6. Monitor stock levels and communicate with management when items need to be reordered.
7. Unload and unpack shipments, checking for damaged or missing items.
8. Keep track of back stock and rotate merchandise to ensure older items are sold first.
9. Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling and storing merchandise.
10. Assist in setting up displays and arranging products to maximize sales.
11. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and new merchandise arrivals.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and team members.
13. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
14. Attend team meetings and communicate any stock-related issues or concerns.
15. Help with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
