1. Maintain and organize inventory levels of all products in the store.
2. Receive and process new merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
3. Keep track of stock levels and replenish products as needed to maintain a full and visually appealing store.
4. Assist in creating and maintaining store displays to attract and engage customers.
5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
6. Utilize inventory management systems to track and monitor product levels and assist in ordering new merchandise.
7. Continuously monitor and report any damaged or defective items to management.
8. Assist customers with locating products and answering any questions related to stock availability.
9. Follow company safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
10. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the company's products and provide exceptional customer service.
11. Actively participate in team meetings and provide feedback on stock levels and product popularity.
12. Work with management to implement new strategies for improving stock organization and inventory management processes.
13. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure smooth store operations.
14. Follow company policies and procedures for handling and storing merchandise.
