Job Description

Pottery Barn is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Stock Associate to join our team. This individual will ensure customers have an enjoyable experience while shopping in our store. The ideal candidate for this position will be a dependable and hardworking team player with excellent customer service skills.To be successful in this role, the Stock Associate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative. Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.If you are passionate about helping customers and have a knack for staying organized, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers upon entering the store and assist them in finding the products they need.
  2. Replenish stock on shelves and ensure that the store is organized and presentable.
  3. Maintain an inventory of all stock items and ensure that stock levels are maintained.
  4. Assist customers with purchases, including processing payments and packing bags.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with courteous and helpful customer service.
  6. Ensure the store is clean, safe and secure at all times.
  7. Follow all store policies and procedures.
  8. Assist in training new team members.
  9. Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
