Pottery Barn is looking for a passionate and organized Stock Associate to join our team! We are a fast-paced and customer-focused team, and are looking for an individual who can thrive in a collaborative work environment and can bring their energy to the table. The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail and home furnishings, and be able to work effectively in a team setting.The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of retail experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The Stock Associate must also be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the set up, maintenance, and organization of store merchandise.
2. Ensure store shelves and displays are neat and tidy.
3. Assist customers in finding products and providing accurate product information.
4. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
5. Unload, unpack, and stock merchandise.
6. Ensure store is adequately stocked.
7. Assist in pricing and tagging items as needed.
8. Process merchandise returns and exchanges.
9. Assist in the maintenance of store security and safety.
10. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
