You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, tracking store performance, and providing support to store staff. Responsibilities: • Analyze store operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Manage store performance by tracking sales, inventory, and customer service metrics • Monitor store staff performance and provide guidance and support where needed • Maintain store records and ensure accuracy of all documents • Coordinate store activities, including staff scheduling, product ordering, and customer service initiatives • Keep up-to-date with current trends and industry best practices • Create and implement action plans to improve store performance • Assist with the training and onboarding of new staff members
