The ideal candidate should possess the ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who can provide the highest level of quality service to our customers.The successful candidate must have at least one year of experience in a related position and a valid driver's license. Additionally, this individual must have a proven ability to lift and carry heavy items, and must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
2. Receive and unload shipments from vendors and carriers.
3. Move heavy items throughout the facility using appropriate lifting techniques.
4. Keep organized records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
5. Ensure shipments are correctly labeled and processed.
6. Track and maintain inventory levels.
7. Assist in solving customer complaints.
8. Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
9. Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
10. Work cooperatively with other team members.
11. Use new technologies and computer systems for tracking shipments and inventory.
12. Keep the warehouse and work area clean and organized.
