Shipper-Receiver

Are you an experienced and organized Shipper-Receiver looking for a new challenge? If so, Pottery Barn has an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Logistics team. This role is critical to our success, as you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely receipt and shipment of our products. To be successful in this role, you must possess at least three years of experience in a logistics or shipping/receiving role. You must also have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable operating a forklift. Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and store incoming merchandise

• Accurately package and ship products according to established procedures

• Monitor inventory to ensure accuracy and availability

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

• Operate forklift to move products as needed

• Provide customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving issues

• Follow quality control standards and safety regulations

• Track and maintain records of shipments and deliveries

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Assist in other tasks as needed
