Responsibilities:

1. Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments and materials.
2. Ensure accuracy of shipments and deliveries and process any discrepancies.
3. Load and unload items from delivery trucks and other vehicles.
4. Perform manual and computerized inventory management and tracking.
5. Prepare and package items for shipment, including labeling, packing, and sealing.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and shipping areas.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and colleagues.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that arise during the shipping and receiving process.
9. Ensure all safety regulations are followed and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
10. Monitor and replenish shipping and receiving supplies as needed.
