Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Shipper-Receiver who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Pottery Barn is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Shipper-Receiver. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are shipped and received accurately and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing inventory and providing excellent customer service.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1-3 years of warehouse and/or shipping experience. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have strong organizational skills. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all orders are shipped and received accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
3. Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
5. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
6. Load and unload trucks and containers.
7. Ensure proper paperwork is completed for all shipments.
8. Maintain an organized and clean warehouse.
9. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
10. Utilize problem solving skills to resolve any issues that arise.
