Responsibilities: • Receive, unpack, check, and store merchandise • Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments • Follow established procedures for packing, sealing, labeling, and shipping merchandise • Maintain inventory records and manage stock levels • Monitor inventory control systems and report discrepancies • Operate forklifts and other equipment as necessary • Assist with loading and unloading trucks • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule • Keep work area clean and organized • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
