- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive the success of the Pottery Barn brand, specifically in the areas of affiliate marketing and content.
- Conduct thorough analysis of affiliate and content performance, identifying trends and insights to inform future strategies and optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and product, to ensure alignment and integration of affiliate and content efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and content strategies, and make recommendations for implementing new tactics and technologies.
- Manage and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, negotiating commission rates and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and standards.
- Work with internal and external teams to develop and execute effective content strategies, including identifying target audiences, optimizing content for SEO, and measuring success.
- Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics and A/B testing, to track and measure the impact of affiliate and content efforts.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support in data analysis and strategic decision making.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and make strategic recommendations to senior management based on data insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that leverage affiliate and content strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape, identifying potential threats and opportunities for Pottery Barn's affiliate and content efforts.
- Represent Pottery Barn at industry events and conferences, staying informed on industry trends and networking with potential partners and affiliates.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Pottery Barn's products, target audience, and brand image, and ensure all affiliate and content efforts align with the brand's overall messaging and positioning.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Affiliate Marketing And Content Strategy.
Strong Understanding Of Online Retail And E-Commerce Industry.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience In Google Analytics And Affiliate Tracking Platforms.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
