  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs and fit their aesthetic preferences.
  3. Utilize strong sales techniques to promote and sell merchandise to customers.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by Pottery Barn in order to effectively assist customers.
  6. Use visual merchandising skills to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed in an organized and attractive manner.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  8. Actively seek out opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and home design to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  10. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  11. Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.
  12. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  13. Continuously strive to improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and feedback.
  14. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  15. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting regular inventory counts.
