Pottery Barn seeks an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for home décor and interior design, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:

  2. Assist customers in finding the perfect home décor items and interior design solutions.
  3. Answer customer inquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
  4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely fashion.
  7. Provide excellent customer service with a smile.
  8. Uphold company policies and procedures.
  9. Remain up-to-date on current promotions and new products.
  10. Cross-sell and up-sell merchandise to increase sales.
