Sales Associate

Pottery Barn is looking for a driven and passionate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team of retail professionals. We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills and an eye for interior design to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of our product offerings and a desire to help customers find the perfect items for their homes.To be successful in this role, the Sales Associate must have the following qualifications: • At least one year of sales experience in a retail environment • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales goals • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team • Working knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills If you have an enthusiasm for interior design and a passion for helping customers find the perfect items for their homes, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and promptly in order to create a positive shopping experience • Help customers evaluate their needs and select the most appropriate products • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of product features and benefits • Ensure appropriate stock levels in the store and advise management of any discrepancies • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems • Provide excellent customer service by following up with customers after their purchase • Maintain a clean and organized store environment • Monitor store security and report any suspicious activity • Work with management to ensure sales goals are met • Participate in store meetings and team-building activities
