Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide assistance with their shopping needs.
2. Listen to customer needs and offer advice on how to achieve their desired home décor.
3. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions and explain them to customers.
4. Ring up customers’ purchases and process payments accurately.
5. Stock shelves and keep the store neat and organized.
6. Assist with visual merchandising and display setup.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
8. Follow all safety and security procedures.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Handle customer complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner.
