Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Pottery Barn’s products and services

• Monitor customer feedback and suggest areas of improvement

• Utilize various POS systems and other technologies to facilitate sales

• Accurately record and report all sales data

• Work with other team members to reach daily and weekly sales goals

• Stay up-to-date with new product information and promotions

• Assist in training new sales team members

• Participate in trade shows and other promotional events

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure high standards are met
