- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the product assortment strategy for Pottery Barn.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform product development and sourcing decisions.
- Manage the product development process from concept to final production, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and product specifications.
- Create and maintain detailed product specifications, including measurements, materials, and finishes.
- Work closely with the design team to review and approve product samples, providing feedback as needed.
- Coordinate with the buying team to ensure accurate and timely product orders and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate product data in the company's system, including pricing, inventory levels, and product descriptions.
- Monitor and track the progress of product development and production, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist in the preparation of product presentations and meetings, providing relevant information and updates on product development.
- Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback from customers and store associates to inform product decisions.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product catalogs and marketing materials.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and make recommendations for product improvements and new product opportunities.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and are in line with Pottery Barn's brand aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product shipments and distribution.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Product Coordination Or Project Management.
Strong Knowledge Of The Home Furnishings Industry And Trends.
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Project Management Software.
