Photo Merchandise Coordinator

Pottery Barn is looking for an experienced and organized Photo Merchandise Coordinator to join our team! As a key member of our Production team, you will be responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of the photography of our products.To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You should also have a keen eye for product styling, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with our team. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of product photography, including styling, set design, and product selection.
2. Develop a creative vision for product photography that is in line with the company’s overall aesthetic.
3. Coordinate with the Production team to ensure that products are photographed in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Ensure product quality and accuracy by performing regular reviews of photographs.
5. Communicate effectively with the Production team and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
6. Maintain accurate records of product photography sessions and results.
7. Ensure that products are properly organized and stored.
8. Monitor trends in product photography and suggest new techniques and methods.
9. Ensure compliance with all industry standards and regulations.
