  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the B2B division's operations, including inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and production to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
  5. Create and maintain detailed records and reports of B2B transactions, including order status, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
  6. Identify areas for improvement in current processes and make recommendations for streamlining and cost-saving measures.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the B2B division's operations.
  8. Train and supervise operations team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and achievement of team goals.
  9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operations and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's values and commitment to excellent customer service.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and systems to support the growth of the B2B division.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
