Job Description

Pottery Barn is looking for an experienced, organized, and enthusiastic Merchandise Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of merchandise initiatives and helping to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in retail merchandising, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. You should also be able to work independently and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for home furnishing and decor, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective merchandise initiatives to optimize customer satisfaction and sales.
  2. Monitor store performance and identify areas of improvement.
  3. Coordinate product delivery and ensure merchandise is displayed in a timely and attractive manner.
  4. Maintain accurate inventory records and product information.
  5. Monitor product trends and recommend strategies to increase sales.
  6. Create and execute promotional strategies to maximize visibility and sales.
  7. Foster positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing plans for merchandise.
  9. Analyze customer feedback and recommend changes to improve customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
