At Pottery Barn, we are dedicated to creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to join our team and help us create a unique and enjoyable shopping atmosphere. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong interest in home décor, as well as excellent customer service and organizational skills. Our Merchandise Coordinator should also have a good understanding of current and upcoming trends in the home décor sector, in order to provide customers with relevant advice.To succeed in this position, you should be a great communicator, have excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect pieces for their homes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, helping them to find the perfect pieces for their homes.
  • Keep up with current and upcoming trends in home décor and provide advice to customers accordingly.
  • Arrange attractive displays and merchandising solutions that will draw customers in.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure store presentation and visual standards are met.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements, as needed.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
