Merchandise Coordinator

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandise coordination, a proven track record of success in an administrative role, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect product. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is required, and familiarity with POS systems is a plus. In addition, the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Organize and maintain product line, ensuring accurate inventory and order tracking
2. Process customer orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
3. Create and update weekly and monthly reports to monitor inventory levels and order trends
4. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of product
5. Communicate with customers and team members to ensure timely delivery of product
6. Utilize Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage product line and customer orders
7. Utilize POS systems to facilitate customer transactions
8. Assist in product selection and provide recommendations to customers
9. Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
10. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
