
Merchandise Coordinator
Pottery Barn is looking for a motivated and passionate Merchandise Coordinator to join our team! Our ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Merchandise Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of merchandise-related activities and initiatives.The successful candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, as well as 3 or more years of experience in a similar role. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.We are seeking a creative individual who is passionate about merchandising and is eager to learn and grow with our team. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of merchandise-related activities and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other business partners.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new merchandise when necessary.
- Track and manage merchandise budget.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials.
- Create merchandise displays and ensure store is properly stocked and organized.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and seasonal trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor staff on merchandising best practices.
