Merchandise Coordinator

Pottery Barn is looking for a motivated and passionate Merchandise Coordinator to join our team! Our ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Merchandise Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of merchandise-related activities and initiatives.The successful candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, as well as 3 or more years of experience in a similar role. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.We are seeking a creative individual who is passionate about merchandising and is eager to learn and grow with our team. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the planning and execution of merchandise-related activities and initiatives.

4. Monitor inventory levels and order new merchandise when necessary.
5. Track and manage merchandise budget.
6. Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials.
7. Create merchandise displays and ensure store is properly stocked and organized.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and seasonal trends.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Train and mentor staff on merchandising best practices.
