Pottery Barn is seeking a talented Licensing Coordinator to join our team and help us drive the success of our brand through strategic partnerships. As the Licensing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external partners and ensuring the proper execution of licensing agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.   1. Manage and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure successful execution of licensing agreements.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic partnership plans.
  3. Communicate effectively with partners to negotiate terms and ensure alignment with brand standards and goals.
  4. Monitor and track partner performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  5. Conduct market research to identify potential new partnerships and opportunities for growth.
  6. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and negotiate licensing contracts.
  7. Create and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to partnerships and agreements.
  8. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges with partners.
  9. Ensure all licensing agreements are properly executed and meet legal and compliance requirements.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and optimize partnership strategies.
  11. Manage timelines and deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.
  12. Monitor and manage budget and expenses related to partnerships.
  13. Represent the brand professionally and positively in all interactions with partners.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to partnerships and licensing.
  15. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies for partnerships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Brand Partnerships Or Licensing Coordination.

  • Strong Understanding Of Trademark And Licensing Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
